How To Make Oreo Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups Oreo cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (162°C).

In a bowl, mix the Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture onto the bottom of a 9-inch (23cm) springform pan to form the crust.

In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Stir in the crushed Oreo cookies.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.

Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 60 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set but still slightly jiggly in the center.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, before serving.
