No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe

Satisfy your sweet tooth in no time with this quick strawberry cheesecake dessert that requires no baking.

How To Make No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake

  • 16 strawberries
  • 1 cup confectioner's sugar
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 12 oz. cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 graham cracker crusts (Store-bought)
  1. Start with chopping half of the strawberries coarsely and into small pieces. Place in bowl.

  2. Pour sugar and sour cream into a bowl and whisk the cream, the fruits, and the sugar together until well mixed.
  3. Add in vanilla extract and stir well again until the whole mixture is well combined.
  4. Place the contents of the bowl in a food processor. Process until smooth.
  5. Get pie tins out and use a rubber spatula to fill the tins evenly with the mixture.
  6. Use the rest of the strawberries to garnish the cheesecakes.
