How To Make Best Cherry Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).

In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan, forming the crust.

In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes or until the cheesecake is set in the center and edges are lightly golden.

Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then run a sharp knife around the edges to loosen the cheesecake from the pan. Let it cool completely.

Once cooled, remove the sides of the springform pan. Top the cheesecake with cherry pie filling.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Slice and serve the best cherry cheesecake.
