  • 4cupscooked quinoa
  • 1/4cupPecorino Romano
  • 1cuphomemade sauce
  • 1/4cupchicken stockor vegetable stock


  1. In a medium sauce pan, heat sauce and chicken stock.

  2. Combine with cooked quinoa and grated cheese and mix well.

  3. Top with extra cheese if desired.
