How To Make Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya

- 5cupswater
- ¼cupvegetable oil
- 8ozZATARAIN’S® Jambalaya Mix Original,(2 packages)
- 1lbchicken breast,halves, boneless skinless, cubed
- 1lbsmoked sausage,sliced ¼-inch thick
- ½cupgreen onions,sliced
Instructions

Bring the water and oil to boil in large saucepan. Stir in the Rice Mixes, chicken, and sausage, then return to boil.

Reduce the heat to low, then cover and simmer 25 minutes or until the rice is tender.

Remove from heat, then let stand for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle with green onions before serving. Enjoy!
