Ingredients

  • 8 slices of bread
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1 cup of cress
  • 8 slices of bacon, cooked
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 tbsp of mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread slices.

  2. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.

  3. On four bread slices, layer lettuce, egg slices, cress, and bacon.

  4. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. Top with the remaining bread slices, mayo side down.

  6. Cut each sandwich into quarters to form four triangles.

  7. Serve and enjoy!
