How To Make Bacon and Cheese Quiche

Parmesan, cheddar, & mozzarella fill this cheese quiche, along with bacon slices. This savory breakfast fare is perfect for sharing with family and friends.

Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 50 minutes
Total: 1 hour



  • 1pie crust,softened as directed on the box
  • 1cupmilk
  • 4eggs,slightly beaten
  • ¼tspsalt
  • ¼tsppepper
  • 8slicesbacon,cooked and crumbled
  • ½cupcheddar cheese,shredded
  • ½cupmozzarella cheese
  • cupparmesan cheese,grated


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Using a shallow sided 9-inch glass pie plate place the softened pie crust inside and crimp the edges.

  2. Add the bacon and cheeses to the bottom of the pie crust.

  3. In a medium bowl mix the milk, eggs, salt and pepper, then pour over the bacon and cheese.

  4. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until a knife, inserted in the center, comes out clean.

  5. Let set for 5 to 10 minutes before cutting.
