How To Make Blueberries and Cream French Toast

Indulge yourself for breakfast with this luscious and decadent French toast, topped with tart blueberries with syrup and sweet cream!

  • *buttermilk french toast,(see Recipe Notes below for recipe)
  • blueberry syrup
  • blueberries,for garnish, optional

For Sweetened Whipped Cream:

  • 1⅓cupswhipped cream
  • cuppowdered sugar
  • ½tspvanilla extract


  1. Cook the toast according to directions.

Sweetened Whipped Cream:

  1. Pour the whipping cream into a mixing bowl. With an electric mixer, whip the whipping cream until soft peaks form.

  2. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla and whip until stiff peaks form.

  3. Serve the toast with warm blueberry syrup, spoon or pipe sweetened whipped cream on top and garnish with blueberries. Enjoy!
