How To Make Bacon Breakfast Pizza

This bacon breakfast pizza is the perfect cheesy and savory meal to start your day. It’s simple and the toppings are customizable based on your preferences.

Ingredients

  • 1tubepizza crust,refrigerated
  • 1tbspolive oil
  • 7eggs
  • 6slicesbacon
  • 1cupmonterrey jack cheese,shredded
  • 1cupcheddar cheese,shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Unroll crust onto a greased baking pan. Spread out and brush with olive oil. Poke fork through out the dough and bake for 7 to 8 minutes.

  3. While the dough is baking, cook bacon in a pan. Once cooked, remove bacon from the pan and leave grease in the pan. Chop up the bacon and set aside.

  4. Place eggs in a bowl and whisk together. Pour into greased pan and cook until done.

  5. Spoon eggs over crust, sprinkle with cheese and bacon.

  6. Bake for 4 to 5 more minutes. Serve warm. Enjoy!
