How To Make Flatbread Breakfast Pizza

This light breakfast pizza is a tasty low-calorie, filling meal to start your day! Enjoy bites of turkey, eggs, and bell peppers all in one delicious meal.

Preparation: 5 minutes
Cooking: 8 minutes
Total: 13 minutes



  • Flatout Artisan Thin Pizza Crust
  • ½cupmozzarella cheese,fat-free
  • red peppers,chopped
  • green peppers,chopped
  • yellow peppers,chopped
  • ½cupturkey sausage
  • 2eggs
  • salt and pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Place the Flatout on a baking sheet or pizza pan. Sprinkle on the cheese, peppers and turkey sausage. Crack 2 eggs and place on top, without the breaking yoke.

  3. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes or until the egg whites are set.

  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, serve warm, and enjoy!
