
How To Make Arroz Chaufa
Arroz chaufa is a Peruvian fried rice dish. This recipe mixes together hot dogs, eggs, bell peppers and chicken to make one delicious meal.

Ingredients
- 2tbspsesame oil
- 1bunchgreen onion,divided into greener and whiter parts, chopped
- 1bell pepper,diced
- 2hot dogs
- 2eggs,beaten
- 2clovesgarlic
- 1tbspginger root,grated
- 1cupchicken,cooked and shredded
- 4cupscold rice,pre-cooked
- 2tbspsoy sauce,more or less to taste
Instructions

Preheat a large skillet or wok to medium heat. Pour sesame oil in the bottom.

Add hot dogs, onion, and bell pepper. Add garlic and ginger.

Slide to the side, and pour the beaten eggs onto the other side. Using a spatula, scramble the eggs.

Once cooked, mix the eggs with the vegetable mix.

Add the rice and chicken to the veggie and egg mixture. Pour the soy sauce on top. Stir and fry the rice and veggie mixture until heated through and combined.

Season with additional salt, if needed, to taste.
