How To Make Fluffy French Toast

Fluffy just like a pancake but still creamy in the center, this french toast recipe also features warm flavors from cinnamon, vanilla, and nutmeg.

  • ¼cupall purpose flour
  • 1cupmilk
  • 1pinchsalt
  • 3eggs
  • ½tspground cinnamon
  • ¼tspnutmeg
  • 1tspvanilla extract
  • 1tbspwhite sugar
  • 8slicesthick bread


  1. Use a large mixing bowl and measure out flour. Slowly whisk in the milk. Next, whisk in the salt, eggs, cinnamon, vanilla and sugar until the mixture is smooth.

  2. Use a griddle or frying pan and heat to medium heat.

  3. One at a time soak the slices in the mixture until saturated. Whisk the mixture between each slice of bread.

  4. Cook the bread until each side is golden brown. Serve Hot.
