How To Make Cheesy Mushroom Omelette

Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Melt the butter.

Add the mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they release their moisture and become tender, about 5 minutes.

Pour the beaten eggs over the mushrooms and cook until the edges start to set.

Sprinkle the shredded cheese and parsley over one half of the omelette. Fold the other half over the filling.

Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and the omelette is cooked through.

Slide the omelette onto a serving plate and cut into wedges. Serve hot.
