  • 2 cup flour
  • 1 ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 20 oz. pineapple crushed
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten


  1. In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, soda and salt.
  2. Add undrained pineapple and eggs.
  3. Stir until combined.
  4. Pour batter into a greased 13x9 pan.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until done.
  6. Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
  7. Spread cream frosting over hot cake in pan.
