  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 oz semisweet chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream (for garnish)
  • Chocolate shavings (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.

  2. Add the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Beat until well combined.

  3. Pour in the melted chocolate and continue to beat until the mixture is thick and creamy.

  4. Divide the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
