This is a great 4th of July tradition cake and yummy to eat all summer long. It even travels well to a picnic with family and friends. The sweet taste of strawberries is such a delight.

How To Make Strawberry Cake

Ingredients
- 1 white cake mix
- 3 tbsp flour
- 3 eggs
- ¾ cup cooking oil
- ¾ cup water
- ⅓ oz strawberry jello
- ½ cup strawberries, frozen or fresh, sliced
For Icing:
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 ½ cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp strawberries, crushed
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well. Bake in greased and floured tube pan in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or in a 9x13 cake pan for 30 minutes.

To make icing, combine butter, powdered sugar and strawberries. Drizzle over warm cake. Decorate cake with fresh strawberries and blueberries.
