How To Make Oreo Fudge Ice Cream Cake
Serve up this sweet ice cream cake anytime on a hot summer day! It’s loaded with refreshing mint, chocolatey fudge, and crunchy oreos for a sweeter cake.

Ingredients
- 40Oreo,or Mint Oreo cookies
- 6tbspbutter,melted
- 16ozmint chocolate ice cream,1 pint, softened
- cool whip,1 tub
- 2cupsfudge sauce
Instructions

Crush the Oreos in a Ziploc bag. The pieces should not be too small, just broken up.

Add the melted butter, then mix well.

Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

Put 1 cup of the Oreo mixture in the pan, then press down.

Add half of the ice cream, then spread them over the Oreos.

Top with ½ to ¾ cup of the fudge sauce and ⅔ cup of crushed Oreos. Repeat the layers again.

Top with Cool Whip and the remaining crumbs.

Freeze for 4 hours or overnight.

To remove the cake from the pan quickly, dip the pan in hot water for about 5 seconds.

Slice, serve with extra fudge sauce, and enjoy!
