This decadent Nutella Cake is just oozing in chocolatey goodness. A 3-ingredient dessert you can easily make for a quick dessert you and your family can enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 9 oz Nutella
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour

For Serving:

  • frosting , optional
  • semi-sweet chocolate chips, optional
  • sprinkles, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Grease an 8 x 8-inch pan and line with parchment paper.

  3. Beat the eggs with a hand mixer for about 5 minutes until fluffy.

  4. Place the Nutella in a large bowl and microwave for about 20 seconds.

  5. Gently stir in the flour until well-incorporated.

  6. Add a third of the egg mixture to the Nutella bowl and gently stir.

  7. Add in another third and fold in gently with a spatula. Then repeat with the last of the eggs.

  8. Pour into the pan and bake for about 25 minutes until a knife inserted comes out clean.

  9. Top with frosting if desired.
