How To Make Jello Poke Cake

White cake is drizzled and loaded with fruity Jell-o to make this fun poke cake. Everything is then topped with some smooth whipped cream.

Cooking: 25 minutes
Chill Time: 3 hours
Total: 3 hours 35 minutes



  • 1white cake mix box,and ingredients listed on box
  • 3⅓ozjello mix,(raspberry, cherry or strawberry)
  • 1cupboiling water
  • 1cupcold water
  • 1tubCool Whip,or Homemade Whipped Topping


  1. Prepare cake mix as directed and bake in a 9×13-inch pan. Let cool for 15 minutes.

  2. Poke cake with fork at ½ inch intervals.

  3. Prepare jell-o as directed. Spoon over cake mix until jell-o liquid is all gone.

  4. Chill 3 to 4 hours and top with whipped cream. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!
