  • 2 ½ cup apples, chopped
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 3 cup flour
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp cloves
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 cup pecans

Instructions

  1. Combine apples and sugar in bowl, mix well and let stand for 10 minutes.
  2. Add eggs, oil, mix well.
  3. Mix in dry ingredients and pecans.
  4. Pour into bundt pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
