Ingredients
- ⅔ cup salad oil
- 5 tbsp liquid sugar substitute
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 ½ cups flour
- ½ cup raisins
- 1 ½ cup apples, diced
- nuts, chopped
Instructions
- Mix ingredients in order given, in a large bowl.
- Pour into a lightly greased 9x9-inch pan.
- Sprinkle top with nuts.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- This is good served warm with no sugar added ice cream.
