
How To Make Chocolate Swiss Roll
Bake a moist and flavorful chocolate swiss roll for your next bake sale! It’s packed with a tasteful cream filling, and made in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- ⅓cupunsweetened cocoa powder
- ⅓cupflour
- ¼tspsalt
- 1tspbaking powder
- ½cupsugar
- 4tbspunsalted butter
- 4large eggs
- 3cupswhipped cream
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Line a 15 x 12-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.

Sift together the cocoa powder, flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

In the stand mixer, cream together the sugar and butter for 1 minute until lightened in color.

Add in the eggs one at a time until fully incorporated, then add in the flour until just mixed in.

Pour the mixture onto the parchment paper, then bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the cake is done to the touch.

Remove from the oven.

While it is still warm, roll the parchment paper into a roll. Let it cool in the roll shape.

Unroll the cake carefully, then spread the whipped cream over the cake.

Re-roll the cake, then trim the edges.
