Moist Apple Walnut Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 cups raw apples, diced
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup Crisco
  • 3 eggs, unbeaten
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together except apples and nuts.

  2. Then add apples and nuts and mix until well blended in.
  3. Pour into a greased cake tin

  4. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F
