This skinny dump cake combines moist yellow cake, apple pie filling, and a little cinnamon kick. It requires no butter for a healthy, but still tasty twist!

  • 1boxyellow cake mix
  • 1cupunsweetened apple sauce
  • 21ozapple pie filling,(1 can)
  • 2tspcinnamon,optional
  • caramel sauce,optional


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Mix the cake mix, apple sauce, apple pie filling, and cinnamon in a bowl. Pour into a greased 9×13-inch pan.

  3. Bake for about 35 minutes or just until set.

  4. Drizzle with caramel sauce and top with ice cream, serve, and enjoy!
