How To Make Sesame Grilled Asparagus Rafts

- 1 bunch of asparagus, ends trimmed
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper.

Place the asparagus on a baking sheet and brush with the sesame oil mixture, making sure to coat evenly.

Carefully place the asparagus directly on the grill grates, arranging them horizontally to create rafts. Grill for about 5 minutes, or until crisp-tender, turning occasionally.
