How To Make Sauteed Asparagus
This sauteed asparagus recipe uses fresh asparagus stalks seasoned with garlic and various herbs and cooked in butter to create the perfect veggie dish.

- 3tbspbutter
- 1lbasparagus stalks,trimmed, cut into 1 to 2-inch pieces
- 2tspgarlic,minced
- 1tspdried Italian seasoning
- ½tspkosher salt
- ¼tsppepper
- 1½tbspparsley,or green onions or fresh dill, chopped
Instructions

Melt the butter in a large pan over medium high heat.

Add the asparagus, then cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until just tender.

Stir in the garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.

Cook for 1 to 2 more minutes, stirring constantly.
