How To Make Bacon Wrapped Asparagus

  • 1lbasparagus stalks,trimmed
  • 4bacon slices,do not use thick cut
  • 2tbspbutter,melted
  • ¼tspgarlic powder
  • 1tspbrown sugar
  • ¼tsppepper
  • 1tbspparsley,chopped optional


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Divide the asparagus stalks into 4 bundles. Tightly wrap one slice of bacon around each bundle.

  3. In a small bowl ,mix together the butter, garlic powder, brown sugar and pepper.

  4. Arrange the asparagus bundles on a baking sheet and drizzle the butter mixture over the top.

  5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until bacon is crispy. Serve, sprinkled with parsley if desired.
