Grilled Sea Salted Asparagus And Mushrooms Recipe

  • 1 lb. fresh asparagus
  • ½ lb. fresh mushrooms sliced
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice


  1. In a large bowl, toss asparagus and mushrooms with oil, salt, and lemon juice until evenly coated.
  2. Transfer asparagus and mushrooms to a sheet of aluminum foil and fold up to make a tent.
  3. Place on your grill and cook over medium-high heat for 10 to 15 minutes until tender.
