Grilled Sea Salted Asparagus And Mushrooms Recipe
- 1 lb. fresh asparagus
- ½ lb. fresh mushrooms sliced
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- In a large bowl, toss asparagus and mushrooms with oil, salt, and lemon juice until evenly coated.
- Transfer asparagus and mushrooms to a sheet of aluminum foil and fold up to make a tent.
