How To Make Whipped Coconut Cream (Vegan Whipped Cream)

- 1 can (13.5 oz) full-fat coconut milk, refrigerated overnight
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Refrigerate the can of coconut milk overnight to solidify the cream.

Open the can of coconut milk and scoop out the solid cream into a mixing bowl, leaving behind the liquid.

Using an electric mixer, beat the coconut cream on high speed for a few minutes until light and fluffy.

Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the whipped coconut cream and continue beating until well combined.

Transfer the whipped coconut cream to a container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
