  • 1 can (13.5 oz) full-fat coconut milk, refrigerated overnight
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Refrigerate the can of coconut milk overnight to solidify the cream.

  2. Open the can of coconut milk and scoop out the solid cream into a mixing bowl, leaving behind the liquid.

  3. Using an electric mixer, beat the coconut cream on high speed for a few minutes until light and fluffy.

  4. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the whipped coconut cream and continue beating until well combined.

  5. Transfer the whipped coconut cream to a container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

  6. Serve as a topping for desserts, fruits, or hot beverages.
