How To Make Vegan Banana Ice Cream

This vegan banana ice cream is probably the simplest dessert you’ll ever make. All you need are just bananas for a pure, natural creamy taste.

Ingredients

  • 4ripe bananas,sliced and frozen

For Topping (optional):

  • ½cupripe bananas,sliced
  • cupfresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Place frozen banana slices in a food processor and blend until smooth. Initially, the mixture will be a bit crumbly but within 5 minute, it will change into smooth and creamy banana ice-cream.

  2. If making soft serve, consume immediately. Otherwise, place smooth banana mixture in a freezer-friendly box and freeze until solid. Let thaw for a few minutes before scooping.

  3. Top with sliced bananas and mint leaves, then serve.
