  • 2 cups tomatoes, fresh and diced
  • 1 onion
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • cup basil
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper mix
  • baguette, or any Italian bread


  1. Dice and chop the tomatoes, onions, garlic, and basil then transfer to a bowl.
  2. Pour the olive oil and season with salt and pepper mix.
  3. Slice the bread and toast it in the oven for a few minutes.
  4. Serve the tomato mixture on top of the bread.
