  • 2cupssoy milk
  • ¼cupall purpose flour
  • 2tbspwhite sugar
  • 2tbspnutritional yeast
  • 1tbspground cinnamon,or to taste
  • 1Italian bread loaf,cut into 1-inch slices


  1. Whisk the soy milk, flour, sugar, nutritional yeast, and cinnamon together in a bowl.
