How To Make Mediterranean Vegan French Toast

Enjoy a soft and crispy breakfast meal with this vegan French toast recipe! A delectably dairy-free dish made in just under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2cupssoy milk
  • ¼cupall purpose flour
  • 2tbspwhite sugar
  • 2tbspnutritional yeast
  • 1tbspground cinnamon,or to taste
  • 1Italian bread loaf,cut into 1-inch slices

Instructions

  1. Whisk the soy milk, flour, sugar, nutritional yeast, and cinnamon together in a bowl.

  2. Dip both sides of each slice of bread in the mixture, adding more cinnamon as desired.

  3. Heat a nonstick griddle or frying pan over medium heat. Cook the bread for about 4 minutes on each side, or until toasted and golden brown.

  4. Serve and enjoy!
