How To Make Chia Seed Chips

Put together a quick snack with these chia seed chips made with whole wheat flour. They’re rolled into thin, bite-sized pieces then baked until crisp.

  • 1cupwhole wheat flour
  • ½cupchia seeds
  • tspseasoned salt
  • 1tspsea salt
  • ½cupwater
  • 1pinchseasoned salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Mix flour, chia seeds, 1½ teaspoons seasoned salt, and sea salt in a bowl; stir in water until the dough is completely combined.

  3. Form dough into thin bite-size rounds and arrange on a baking sheet. Sprinkle rounds with seasoned salt.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes until crisp. Cool completely and store in an airtight container or resealable bag.
