How To Make Vegan Pigs in Blankets
Turning vegan may look challenging for some, especially for those who can’t turn their eyes away from meat. But they just haven’t found these sumptuous vegan recipes that even non-vegans will surely enjoy!

Ingredients
- 8 vegan sausages
- 1 sheet of vegan puff pastry
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into 8 equal strips.

In a small bowl, whisk together the dijon mustard, maple syrup, olive oil, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.

Brush each strip of puff pastry with the dijon mustard mixture.

Place a vegan sausage at the end of each strip and roll it up tightly.

Transfer the pigs in blankets to the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and crispy.

Serve hot as an appetizer or snack.
