How To Make Vegan Mince Pies
Turning vegan may look challenging for some, especially for those who can’t turn their eyes away from meat. But they just haven’t found these sumptuous vegan recipes that even non-vegans will surely enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, chilled
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 cup vegan mincemeat
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, mix together the flour and coconut oil until crumbly.

Add the maple syrup and cold water to the bowl and mix until a dough forms.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thickness.

Using a round cookie cutter, cut out circles and place them in a greased muffin tin.

Fill each pie crust with about 2 tablespoons of vegan mincemeat.

Use another smaller cookie cutter to cut out shapes for the tops of the pies. Place them on top of the mincemeat filling.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.

Allow the mince pies to cool before serving.
