How To Make Vegan Gravy
Turning vegan may look challenging for some, especially for those who can’t turn their eyes away from meat. But they just haven’t found these sumptuous vegan recipes that even non-vegans will surely enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.

Add the diced onion and minced garlic and cook until they are soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.

Sprinkle the flour over the onions and garlic, stirring constantly for 1 minute.

Slowly pour in the vegetable broth, whisking constantly to prevent lumps from forming.

Stir in the soy sauce, nutritional yeast, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.

Bring the gravy to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Adjust the seasoning if needed.
