How To Make Instant Pot Steel Cut Oats
Start your day right with these quick and easy steel cut oats recipe, a healthy breakfast meal made with blueberries, bananas, and dash of cinnamon on top!

Ingredients
- 2cupssteel cut oats,gluten-free, if necessary
- 6cupswater
- 2cinnamon sticks
- 4medium ripe bananas
- 2cupsblueberries,fresh or frozen
- 1cupmilk,nut, soy, skim, or any milk of choice
- 8tsppure maple syrup,or honey
- Ground cinnamon,for topping
Instructions

Combine the steel cut oats and water in the bowl of your pressure cooker and stir.

Add the cinnamon sticks. Cover, and cook for 6 minutes on High.

Allow the pressure to naturally release.

Remove the cinnamon sticks and discard. Stir in blueberries.

To serve, pour 1 cup of oats in each bowl, and top each with 2 tablespoons of milk, ½ sliced banana, drizzle with 1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup. Finish with a pinch of cinnamon.

Leftovers can be refrigerated in glass or plastic containers. To reheat, microwave for about 2 to 3 minutes, until warm.
