How To Make Maple Almond Cranberry Granola

- 2½cupsold fashioned rolled oats
- 1cupwhole almonds
- ⅔cupdried cranberries
- ½tspground cinnamon
- ⅛tspsalt,(about a pinch)
- ½cuppure maple syrup
- ¼cupcoconut oil,melted
- 1tsppure vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Toss the oats, almonds, cranberries, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. Add the maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract and stir to combine. Make sure all of the oats are moistened.

Spread onto the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Allow the granola to cool completely.
