
How To Make Strawberry White Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies
These chewy oatmeal cookies come with extra sweet treats munch on. It’s mixed with rolled oats, dried strawberries and studded with white chocolate chips.

Ingredients
- ¾cupflour
- 1cupold fashioned oats
- ½tspbaking soda
- ¼tspsalt
- ¾cupbrown sugar,packed
- ¼cupbutter,softened
- 2tspvanilla extract
- 1large egg
- ¾cupfreeze dried strawberries,coarsely chopped
- ½cupwhite chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine flour, oats, baking soda, and salt.

Place sugar and butter in the bowl of a stand mixer. Beat at medium speed for about 3 minutes until the mixture is lighter in color.

Add vanilla and egg. Mix until well combined.

Gradually beat in flour mixture until just combined.

Fold in strawberries and white chocolate.

Using a 2 tablespoon measure, put the cookies at least 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 11 to 13 minutes
