How To Make Swiss Oats (Cold Oatmeal)

Prepare this cold oatmeal at night to have a healthy and delicious breakfast ready to go. It's also perfect for meal-prepping for all you busy individuals out there.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp reduced-fat milk
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp cinnamon, or more to taste

Instructions

  1. In a plastic container with a lid or a mason jar, combine oats, milk, honey, and cinnamon.

  2. Mix well and cover.
  3. Place in refrigerator for at least 8 hours or overnight.

  4. Serve with any topping of choice, such as fruits or nuts.
