How To Make Homemade Chewy Fudge Granola Bars
Enjoy decadent bites of these granola bars, made with oats and rice cereal in a rich mix of chocolate and peanut butter! Prep a batch in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients
- â…“cupcoconut oil
- ½cupsemisweet chocolate chips
- ½cupcrunchy peanut butter,or creamy
- â…“cuppure maple syrup,or honey
- 1¼cupold fashioned oats
- ¾cupcrispy rice cereal
- ¾cupraisins,and honey roasted peanuts, or desired add-ins
- 3tbspmini chocolate chips,optional
Instructions

Line an 8-inch or 9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.

In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the coconut oil and chocolate chips together until smooth. Stir in the peanut butter and maple syrup. Remove from heat.

Mix in the oats, crispy rice cereal, and add-ins. Press the mixture into the prepared baking pan, then top with mini chocolate chips.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or freeze for up to 1 hour.

Cut bars into squares, and enjoy!
