How To Make Banana Pecan Baked Oatmeal
If you’re looking for a new take on oatmeals, then take a chance on our baked oatmeal! It has healthy bites of banana and crunchy pecan for a yummy dessert.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray an 8×8-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray, then set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl whisk together oats, Fishers Pecans, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
In a separate mixing bowl, stir together mashed bananas with lemon juice.
Add in milk, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract and whisk until well blended.
Stir in coconut oil.
Pour milk mixture into the oat mixture then stir to combine.
Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes until set.
Serve warm with milk, additional pecans and maple syrup, and enjoy!
