- 1 cup water
- ½ cup oatmeal, or quick cooking oats
- 5 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
- salt, pinch
To serve:
- fruits of your choice, (red apples, raspberries, blueberries, and strawberry)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave on High for 2½ to 3 minutes.
- Top with fruits of your choice before serving. Enjoy!
