Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup oatmeal, or quick cooking oats
  • 5 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
  • salt, pinch

To serve:

  • fruits of your choice, (red apples, raspberries, blueberries, and strawberry)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Microwave on High for 2½ to 3 minutes.
  3. Top with fruits of your choice before serving. Enjoy!
