- ¼cupquick oats
- ½cupunsweetened almond milk,or skim, soy
- ½tbspchia seeds
- 1fresh fig,sliced
- 1tbsppecans,chopped, or any nut
- ½tbspraw honey
Instructions

Place the oats, milk and chia seeds in a jar or a container with a lid, then stir to combine.

Cover and let it sit for 1 to 2 hours, or refrigerate overnight.
