How To Make European Muesli
Mixed with rolled oats, nuts, rolled wheat, honey, sunflower and sesame seeds, this healthy and tasty European Muesli recipe captures the flavors of Europe.

Ingredients
- ½cupwheat germ
- ½cupsesame seeds
- ½cupsunflower seeds
- ¼cuppumpkin seeds,shelled
- ½cupcashews,chopped
- ½cupalmonds,chopped
- ½cupcoconut,shredded
- ½cupwheat,rolled
- 3cupsoats,rolled
- ¼cupoil
- 1¼cupshoney
- 1½tspvanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 225 degrees F. Lightly grease a large baking sheet.

In a large bowl, mix together wheat germ, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, cashews, almonds, coconut, rolled wheat, and rolled oats.

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, mix the oil, honey, and vanilla. Cook and stir just until the mixture is hot.

Stir into the wheat germ mixture.

Spread the mixture on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 1½ hours in the preheated oven, stirring approximately every 20 minutes, until golden brown.
