Ingredients

  • 1cupdry oatmeal,like old-fashioned oats
  • cupcoconut flakes,toasted
  • ½cupcashew butter
  • ½cupground flaxseed
  • ½cupdark chocolate chips,or cacao nibs
  • cuphoney,or agave nectar
  • 1tspvanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Stir the oatmeal, coconut flakes, cashew butter, flaxseed, chocolate chips, honey, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed.

  2. Cover, then let chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

  3. Once chilled, roll the dough into balls into 1-inch diameter balls or desired size.

  4. Serve, and enjoy!
