  • 15ozchickpeas,(2 cans), drained and rinsed
  • ¾cupwater
  • 1oztaco seasoning mix,(1 package), like Taco Bell®
  • 8taco shells

Instructions

  1. Place the chickpeas in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the water and taco seasoning.

  2. Cook and stir until thoroughly heated for 5 to 7 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat, then mash the mixture to crush the chickpeas.

  4. Divide chickpea filling evenly among taco shells. Serve, and enjoy!
