
How To Make Easy Fish Tacos
These fish tacos are made with fish seasoned with a blend of spices, served over tortilla chips with avocados and lime wedges, with sour cream sauce.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1½lbstilapia fillets,or cod or haddock
- 1tbspolive oil
For the Rub:
- 1tbspchili powder
- ½tspcumin
- ½tspgarlic powder
- 1tsppaprika
- ½tspsalt
- ½tsppepper
- 1tsporegano
- ½tsponion powder
For the Tacos:
- 8corn or flour tortillas,6-inch
- 1avocado,sliced
- 1lime,wedged
- toppings,to taste
For the Fish Taco Sauce (Optional):
- 2tbspmayonnaise
- 3tbspsour cream
- ½lime,juiced
- ½tspgarlic powder
- ½tspcumin
- ½tspSriracha,or to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Combine all fish taco sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.

Combine rub ingredients and rub into fish fillets. Place fish on a parchment-lined pan and drizzle with olive oil.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until flaky and cooked.

Heat tortillas according to package directions.

Break fish into large chunks and divide between tortillas. Top as desired and serve.
