
How To Make Taco Egg Rolls
Enjoy these taco egg rolls stuffed with cheese and beef, and get a crunchy bite out of them when deep-fried! It’s an easy snack made in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1lblean ground beef
- 1onion,finely diced
- 1green pepper,diced
- 2tbspsalsa
- 1packagetaco seasoning
- 20egg roll wrappers,(5×5-inch)
- 2cupscheese,like cheddar, Monterey jack, Tex Mex blend, shredded
- oil,for frying
Instructions

Brown the ground beef and onions until no pink remains. Add in the green peppers, taco seasoning, salsa, and water as required on the package. Cook until the water evaporates.

Lay each egg roll wrapper out with a corner pointing downward. Place 1½ tablespoons of cheese and 1½ tablespoons of taco filling in the center of each wrapper.

Fold in the sides, then roll the wrapper tightly. Use a dab of water to secure the tip of the wrapper.

Preheat the oil to 350 degrees F.

Fry each egg roll for about 4 to 5 minutes or until browned and crispy.

Serve hot with sour cream and salsa, and enjoy!
