- 3cupschickenor pork or beef, shredded
- 1½cupsMonterey Jack cheese

- 12corn tortillas6-inch

Instructions

Place salsa in a fine strainer and let the juices drip away.

Combine the chicken, salsa, cheese and taco seasoning.

Place tortillas on a plate, then top with a damp paper towel and microwave for 40 seconds or until warm.

Place 2 tablespoons of filling on each tortilla and roll tightly. Secure with a toothpick and place on a baking sheet.
